A Healthy Balance, 6 week Nutrition Course

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Thursday, repeating until May 16, 2019
Come and join us for our 6 week Healthy Balance Program. Each week we will present topics on nutritious eating, movement and healthy habits as a path to living a life with purpose. We will explore how food interacts with our bodies, imagine and plan a path towards success and how to incorporate this new knowledge into our daily lives. Included will be how to evaluate food and its effects, how to make behavioral changes less overwhelming with a focus on recognizing success and building on our strengths. Graduation from this 6 week program will provide the start of a solid foundation in nutrition as well as insight into our own “limitations” and how to convert these into a mindful Healthy Balance way of life.
Our New Class is available with a discount if you are a member.
Members can join the 6 week class for $80
Non-members can join 6 week class for $120
Class is offered on Thursday evenings at 6:30.
A Healthy Balance class begins Thursday, April 11th at 6:30.
